Cape Town Science Centre: Hack the Kitchen – Flavour Science Lab
The Food Indaba partnered with the Cape Town Science Centre and Tapi Tapi Ice Cream to stage a series of chemistry and cooking workshops for kids aged 6 – 12.
Representatives from Cape Town’s Solid Waste Department, V&A Waterfront’s sustainability team, and chefs from family and fine dining explored what’s required and what’s possible for radical waste reduction.
